Jim Bails

Jim Bails has lived in the wonderful Magic Valley since 1978. He enjoys his small community stating -”there is a friend around every corner”. He’s a proud dad of two gorgeous daughters, with thanks to his amazing partner-in-crime, Sharlyn! When he’s not busy being a family man, you can catch him bowling strikes or dreaming up quirky inventions. If you’ve met Jim, you know he’s one-of-a-kind! And trust me, you definitely want to ask him about his legendary “Funeral Coins” – it’s a story you won’t forget! Jim entered Real Estate in 2006 and is Walt Hess’ assistant. Performing many tasks keeps him in tune with today’s market. His marketing and organizational skills bring another level of service to the forefront. He has helped many friends and neighbors list, sell and buy homes since joining Gem State Realty.
