"Realtor or choice"
I had the privilege of meeting Carolyn Cutler about seven years ago when some friends heard I was interested in listing my home. She came highly recommended so I arranged a meeting. Immediately I was impressed with Carolyn's professionalism and cheery personality. Carolyn was excellent at keeping me updated on activities related to my home and the current real estate market. The home was sold, however, toward the end of the sale some unforseen obstacles arose. Carolyn was a Godsend in stepping in and handling the details. thanks to her many years of experience, the closing went perfectly smooth thanks to Carolyn's great organizational skills and expertise. Since then I have sold another home and Carolyn was once again my realtor of choice. The home sold very quickly leaving me unprepared for a sudden move. Once again Carolyn eagerly came to my rescue showing me properties at a moments notice and introducing me to people and companies that expedited the purchase of my present home and financial details enabling me to choose a home and close within two weeks! She always had a positive, bright and optimistic attitude. It was truly a great pleasure doing business with Carolyn. Her sunny disposition, optimistic attitude and real estate expertise are hard to beat. I have no doubt that if I were to list or purchase another property, Carolyn would be the realtor for the job!

First Time Buyers >A Realistic Evaluation
Your real estate agent's job is to find you the perfect home, in the right location, with all the amenities you want--and at the right price. It is the home inspector's job to find any skeletons in the closet -- or in the plumbing, wiring, roof, basement and beams.
The inspector won't pass or fail a home based on what he or she finds, but will go over the house thoroughly to help you understand the condition of the property you are buying. If there are any serious problems, your inspector can give you a realistic idea of how much the repairs will cost. If there are material defects that were not reflected in the asking price, you will have the opportunity to re-open negotiations with your sellers before you commit to the purchase. A good inspector will also explain the operation of the basic emergency systems such as the main water cut off valve and the circuit breaker box, and will go over items that will need routine maintenance.
If you are buying a house, we recommend that you make a professional home inspector part of your home purchase team.
